End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Legal Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Infinity BHT LLC governing your acquisition and use of our OIA Shield24 software ("Software") directly from the Bitrix24 Marketplace or through an authorized distributor.

By completing the installation process on your Bitrix24 portal and/or using the Software, you confirm your acceptance of the Software and agree to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

2. License Grant

Infinity BHT LLC hereby grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the OIA Shield24 software on your Bitrix24 account in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement. You are permitted to configure proxy endpoints, set IP CIDR allowlists, and manage rate pacing under your portal administration.

3. License Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software, nor permit the Software to be decompiled, disassembled, or reverse engineered. Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use the Software for any unauthorized commercial sub-licensing. Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national, or international law. Attempt to bypass subscription plan tier gates or artificially inflate rate pacing limits.

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Infinity BHT LLC shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally installed by you and all subsequent updates. The Software, copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Infinity BHT LLC.

5. Termination

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first install or use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling OIA Shield24 from your Bitrix24 portal. It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.

6. Governing Law

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing Bitrix24 Marketplace Developer Agreements.
